Multi-Million Pound Investment In Glenrothes By International Whisky Business

Whisky Asset Management business, Scotch Whisky Investments (SWI),is to create a whisky storage and office facility at Southfield Industrial Estate. The international business has purchased 7.7 hectares of land at Crompton Road, Southfield Industrial Estate, Glenrothes, as part of the company’s multi-million-pound investment plans for Fife.

This sale is one of the largest industrial land deals in Fife in recent years and will aid the regeneration of Glenrothes, boosting the local economy and creating jobs in the area.
