Park Place Business Hub Open for Business

The long-standing office in Park Place, Kirkcaldy has been completely transformed to create new workspaces and conference facilities for businesses to use. Park Place Business Hub was officially launched earlier this month, and already has a core of tenants.

The building, owned by DWC Buildings Ltd, underwent a complete makeover and fully fitted out with workspaces which can be used for hot desking as well as private offices for rent, along with a conference room.

District Heating Loan Fund

The District Heating Loan Fund is managed by the Energy Saving Trust on behalf of the Scottish Government. It provides capital loan funding of more than £1 million to organisations in Scotland that use renewable technologies to build out heat networks.

The fund is available to medium to low-risk Scottish companies (or Scottish subsidiary companies) that have been trading for at least three years.

Developing a New Deal for Business

Dr Poonam Malik, Head of Investments at the University of Strathclyde, will co-chair the New Deal for Business Group alongside Wellbeing Economy Secretary Neil Gray.
