Start Up Grant The Start Up Grant is a non-repayable grant of up to £500 that is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
It may be available to individuals intending to start a business in Fife or new businesses that have started trading in the past six months, who have not previously received a start-up grant from Business Gateway Fife.

Fife Food and Drink Week Events Programme Fife is home to some of the very best food and drink in Scotland, and this March we will be celebrating and showcasing our wonderful food and drink producers and businesses at the first Fife Food and Drink Week.

Small Business Bonus Scheme This Scottish Government scheme helps owners of non-domestic properties, including businesses, with a lower rateable value to claim non-domestic rates relief.
For businesses with two or more properties, if the total rateable value for all properties is less than £35,000, then you can claim 25 per cent relief on individual properties with a rateable value of £15,000 or less.

Funding To Help Grow Local Supply Chains. Small producers will be able to access a range of new support through a new government pilot to help them become more sustainable.
The Small Producers Pilot Fund has been allocated over £180,000 which will be used to assist small producers and crofters to establish more localised supply chains and cut food miles.

Trusthouse Charitable Foundation Major Grants Fund Through the Trusthouse Charitable Foundation’s Major Grants Fund, grants of up to £100,000 are available for community groups, social enterprises and third sector organisations with a focus on family support.
The fund offers single year grants between £10,000 and £100,000 for core costs, salaries, running and project costs or multi-year grants for a maximum of three years, not to exceed £100,000 in total over this period. Click here to find out more |
