Manufacturing Property Challenge Programme Closing Soon - Apply Now

The Manufacturing Property Challenge Programme from Scottish Enterprise provides funding to help develop industrial property in Scotland.

Funding is available for companies that aim to create medium-sized industrial buildings of around 15,000 square feet that are suitable for a variety of manufacturing businesses. Buildings may be new or refurbished.

The grant will cover up to 20 per cent of your project costs, up to a maximum of £2 million.

Switched on Taxis Loan

Interest-free loans of up to £75,000 are available to help owners and operators of hackney cabs (purpose-built taxis) or private hire taxis to replace their current vehicle with an eligible ultra low emission vehicle.

You can apply for loans to purchase multiple vehicles up to the maximum loan amount of £75,000. If the total cost of your chosen vehicles is more than the maximum amount, you will have to pay the remaining amount yourself.

Scottish Co-Investment Fund

The Scottish Co-Investment Fund (SCF) from Scottish Enterprise provides match-funding for Scottish start-up, early-stage or growing companies that are seeking investment alongside accredited co-investment partners.

The fund is designed to address a finance gap and support your growth plans.

Funding is available in amounts typically from £100,000 up to £2 million, as part of a total deal size that typically ranges from £200,000 up to £10 million.

Support For Farmers And Crofters
