Fife Council’s SME Development Grant is designed to provide financial support to help Fife-based small and medium-sized enterprises develop and grow.

Scottish Enterprise Clean Heat annual conference

Clean Heat is Scotland’s largest annual event focused on providing clean, renewable heat for buildings in Scotland. It aims to create interest in the clean heat supply chain by showcasing the opportunities that exist within it.

Organised by Scottish Enterprise, this free, one-day conference in Glasgow will bring together public, private, and third-sector organisations to share their knowledge and expertise.

Funding For Development Of Hydrogen Projects

This Scottish Government funding will help cover development costs for projects that focus on the low-cost, efficient, and sustainable production of renewable hydrogen in Scotland.

Fife Aluminium And Metal Company Expanding To Glenrothes

Specialists in architectural aluminium and metal products, the Fife Aluminium and Metal Company, has grown significantly over the last few years. Founded in 2017 by owner, Dale Robertson, he worked from a unit in The Avenue, Lochgelly which he soon outgrew.  

With increased orders and new contracts, Dale looked for new premises that could fulfil the needs of the expanding business. He has now secured two units at Queensway Business Park in Glenrothes.

Supporting Food And Drink Businesses

Projects from across Scotland are being awarded grants of up to £5,000 to help to promote regional food and drink products and open up new markets.

Food festivals, workshops and markets celebrating produce from shellfish to whisky are among the 17 local and collaborative projects to receive support from the latest round of the Scotland Food & Drink Partnership’s Regional Food Fund.
