Sonya Ballantyne (CBC New Indigenous Voices, NSI IndigiDocs) is seeking fundraising help to attend this year’s San Diego Comic Con, July 18 to 22.

She’s been offered an opportunity to speak at the event and represent her community as an Indigenous woman filmmaker and writer. The funding will help cover travel and accommodation costs.
