Two films from BJ Verot screen at Toronto After Dark Film Festival

Two films from director BJ Verot (NSI Drama Prize) will screen at the 2018 Toronto After Dark Film Festival, which kicks off next week and runs until October 19.

Echoes in the Ice precedes opening gala feature Tigers Are Not Afraid on Thursday, October 11. In the film, four men explore an abandoned research facility. Within the station unsettling signs of disorder are revealed and, in the lowest level of the facility, a chilling discovery is made.

New short After the Rain screens in its world premiere ahead of feature The Dark on Wednesday, October 17.

Toronto After Dark Film Festival is one of the world’s leading showcases of new horror, sci-fi, action and cult films.
