Banff Media Festival 2017 / Link to Rockie Awards

Baroness von Sketch Show is up for a 2017 Rockie Award, presented annually at the Banff World Media Festival.

Baroness von Sketch Show, from picture editor Mike Fly (NSI Drama Prize), editor Jeremy Lalonde (NSI Totally Television) and supervising producer Jeff Peeler (NSI Global Marketing), is nominated for best English-language comedy series.

The Rockie Awards is Banff’s flagship program celebrating excellence in television and digital content from around the world. With participation from more than 40 countries annually, including an industry jury of more than 350 professionals working in entertainment and media around the world, the Rockie Awards is one of the world’s largest program competitions of its kind.

Congratulations to the 2017 TELUS STORYHIVE Banff Fellowship winners:

The TELUS STORYHIVE Banff Fellowship Program is intended to encourage professional development in digital production by enabling emerging creative talent, including producers, writers and directors to attend the Banff World Media Festival.

NSI will be providing mentorship to the winners.

Banff World Media Festival runs from June 11 to 14, 2017.
