Production begins on NSI Features First-developed film Level 16 Posted: 03 Oct 2017 09:53 AM PDT Production has begun on NSI Features First-developed film Level 16 in Toronto and Hamilton. The film is written and directed by Danishka Esterhazy. The dystopian science fiction thriller is set in a strict boarding home for girls, and follows two young girls as they uncover a dark secret about their academy. Level 16 was developed through NSI Features First in 2006-07 by Stéphanie Chapelle and Danishka. • • • NSI Features First is a development training launch pad for producer/writer teams looking to produce their first or second feature film with strong commercial appeal.
