Entanglement, a feature film developed through NSI Script to Screen, premieres in theatres in Canada and the US on February 9, 2018.

The film was written by Jason Filiatrault in 2014. Amber Ripley (NSI Drama Prize) is co-producer and Jason James (NSI Totally Television) is the film’s director and co-producer.

In the film, Ben (Thomas Middleditch) uncovers a family secret while searching for the meaning of his existence. This leads him to a woman named Hanna (Jess Weixler) who might have almost been his adopted sister. But when he and Hanna inadvertently fall in love, Ben starts to realize that everything is amazingly and incredibly connected – and the world might just be more inexplicable than he ever imagined.
