Alumni nominated at CMPA’s Indiescreen Awards

Congratulations to the alumni nominated at the Canadian Media Producers Association’s (CMPA) annual Indiescreen Awards.

The Indiescreen Awards celebrate excellence in Canadian independent feature film production, recognizing individuals with a demonstrated passion for producing, who have made significant contributions to the domestic industry.

Winners will be announced at a live virtual event on February 11 as part of CMPA’s Prime Time 2022 conference.

The alumni nominated include:

Established Producer Award

• Jason Brennan (Featuring Aboriginal Stories Program) – L’Inhumain
• Anand Ramayya (NSI Totally Television) – Donkeyhead

Kevin Tierney Emerging Producer Award

• Rylan Friday (TELUS STORYHIVE) – Portraits From a Fire
• Rhayne Vermette (NSI IndigiDocs) – Ste. Anne
