Happy National Indigenous Peoples Day!

We have a lot to celebrate here at the National Screen Institute. The NSI Art of Business Management – Indigenous Edition students are currently completing their mentorship phase.

After 32 sessions covering topics such as the fundamentals of how to run a workplace, principles of human resources and production finance and distribution – these students are ready to take what they’ve learned and put it into action.

Congratulations to our 2021 participants:

  • Jessie Anthony from Vancouver, BC
  • Banchi Hanuse from Bella Coola, BC
  • Nadia Mike from Iqaluit, NU
  • Angie-Pepper O’Bomsawin from Kahnawake, QC
  • Brittany Ryan from Toronto, ON
  • Everett Sokol from Edmonton, AB
  • Colin Van Loon from Vancouver, BC
  • Darcy Waite from Winnipeg, MB

Now it’s time to celebrate your hard work and dedication. Congratulations, and good luck completing this phase of training.
