In June 2022, 17 Saskatchewan residents began training through the new pilot program, NSI Crew Training for the Film + TV Industry, presented by Creative Saskatchewan.

This entry-level program was designed to teach participants about the logistics and process of how a script evolves into movie magic. The program aims to showcase career possibilities, provide connections to break into the business and inspire a passion for filmmaking.

Now that participants have completed the program, we asked them to share a written, audio or video reflection on what they’ve learned and how training helped guide them as they take the next steps in their careers.
