A Message From the Editor

Good Morning. Latham & Watkins has now mandated lawyers work from the office four days a week. Most firms in the Big Apple are sticking with three. On the ESG front, there may be a backlash in some areas of the world, but in Australia, regulators are clamping down on greenwashing and companies are actively seeking legal advice on how to stay out of trouble. Also, a U.K. AI startup co-founded by an A&O Shearman trainee has been bought by Thomson Reuters.
