Ezra Taft Benson
QUOTE OF THE DAY
Ezra Taft Benson

"We hope that you will continue to generate good thoughts and feelings in your heart and mind and quickly dismiss those which are harmful and destructive to you. We trust your prayers are being offered daily and even hourly, if needed. As the Book of Mormon teaches, 'Live in thanksgiving daily, for the many mercies and blessings which [God] doth bestow upon you' (Alma 34:38)" (Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Ezra Taft Benson, p. 210).

ARTICLE: Taking the Time to Touch a Life

I anxiously watched for an opportunity to somehow warn Catherine.  At times, after school was dismissed, I was assigned to stand in the hall to help insure the departure of the students was a little more orderly and safe.  On one such occasion, Catherine and a group of friends came down the hall and stopped to talk to me.
