1872 - Elder Lorenzo Snow, of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, leaves on a trip to Palestine to rededicate the land for the return of the Jews, and to evaluate places for the expansion of missionary work around the world. His sister Eliza R. Snow travels with him.
Paul frowned and shook his head. "I'm sorry, but I think we'd be better off leaving at sunrise. Going down there in this storm would be really dangerous. Maybe the snow will let off by then, too, and we'd get there just as quickly."
