Leadership Crisis

Give me a brave, courageous, intelligent, educated, charismatic FOOL for a leader - said no one ever!

Where have all the Wise leaders gone?

Do you find it strange that very few talking heads talk about Wisdom as an essential leadership quality?

On a scale of 1 - 10 how important is it to you that a leader has Wisdom? I bet you said 10!

Humility is the TAPROOT of Wisdom.

Arrogance, pride, and self righteousness lead to absolute certainty and unwillingness to consider any solution other than their own.

The Taproot's purpose is to seek the water and nutrition for the tree to grow to maximum fullness and the other roots spring from the Taproot. If the Taproot is unsuccessful the tree is only one tough season away from death.

In times of Disruption, Wisdom is needed more than ever.

How do you know if a leader has Wisdom? Simple - are they Humble? If the answer is yes - ask more questions.

And if the answer is no - KEEP LOOKING.
