Strategies for becoming a better conversationalist
Take mental notes during a conversation focused on significant things about the other person, and then actually write these things down so you can remember them, advises Imran Tariq. Huge termite mounds dating back around 4,000 years found in Brazil
Approximately 200 million mounds found in northeastern Brazil were created by burrowing termites about 4,000 years ago, and they are so large, they can be seen from space. "These mounds were formed by a single termite species that excavated a massive network of tunnels to allow them to access dead leaves to eat safely and directly from the forest floor," said study co-author Stephen Martin.
