Hello,

Thursday lunchtime is when we round-up the best of our lifestyle news for you.

Garstang’s first burlesque class has set pulses racing in the town - encouraging participants to ‘love the skin you’re in.’

Fitness instructor Emma Tyrell is delighted with the response so far.  “I have dancers coming from Blackburn, Blackpool and Preston because there’s not much up here so people come from everywhere,” she said.

The Royal Bank of Scotland’s Preston Fishergate branch will shut its doors in October.

It’s the latest in a series of bank closures which have hit the city’s main high street in recent years.

The Classics in the Park vehicle show met for the first time since before the pandemic, and had perfect blue skies for the event on Saturday.

Classic vehicle enthusiasts were welcomed back in their sports cars, camper vans and motorcycles at the Preston event.

Thanks for reading,

Adam
