| | A chatbot's advice for June germs Happy Thursday Baltimore! First off: Make sure you read the latest roster of Baltimore RealLIST Connectors below! These are the people that make our networks buzz, the synapses between the resources and people that entrepreneurs need to thrive. In other news: I came across a meme today that perfectly captures the speed at which June is passing: "June must have somewhere to be." Time is flying by! This week seemed to zoom by, although I personally felt it was longer due to battling a pesky cold. If you have any whacky cold remedies, feel free to share them. ChatGPT even suggested some remedies, so I'm curious to hear yours, too. Let's conquer this summer cold season ttogether! Here's some of what ChatGPT said to do: Rest: Getting plenty of rest allows your body to recover and fight off the cold more effectively. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids such as water, herbal tea, or clear broths to keep your body hydrated. Warm liquids: Sip on warm beverages like chicken soup or herbal tea to soothe a sore throat and relieve congestion. Steam inhalation: Inhaling steam from a bowl of hot water or taking a hot shower can help loosen congestion and ease nasal congestion. Saltwater gargle: Mix warm water with salt and gargle several times a day to soothe a sore throat.
