Dear Colleague,

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that we have deep group discounts for Evaluating, Auditing, and Diversifying Your Collections. Now is the perfect time to focus your diversity and inclusion efforts in a dynamic online course tailored to your team's work.

You’ll receive expert advice on how to evaluate your current collections and develop a  plan of action for your library in this online experience that can be  accessed from anywhere.

In this course your team will:
  • Collaborate on group projects over three weeks to transform diversity initiatives at your library
  • Re-envision your collections, programs, services and staff culture to be more inclusive
  • Work with a dedicated course facilitator who will help guide your efforts and streamline the process
  • Explore key concepts essential to cultivating and promoting inclusive and equitable collections

Plus, we have a simple group registration process. You can easily pay by PO or credit card for a set number of tickets. All you need to do is send us the names and emails of your participants before class begins.

As part of the course your team will conduct a diversity audit and learn how to include diverse books, wider perspectives, #ownvoices, and how to be more responsive to the community you serve.

Your team will also complete assignments to build diversity initiatives in an interactive online classroom environment with personal coaching from an expert in the field. In addition, your team will have access to our  foundational bonus content—a series of webinars from  Library Journal and  School Library Journal contributors along with rich supporting materials in the form of readings, activities, and videos—to explore at their own pace.
