WEALTHTECH

Financial Planning's annual INVEST conference is now in the books! But there are still plenty of stories, insights and moments to share from the two-day wealthtech focused gathering in New York.

The FP editorial team was on the ground for all of the action and a series of robust conversations in which industry leadersdived deep on tech, client experience, compliance and more.

Financial Planning Chief Correspondent Tobias Salinger had it all covered, writing stories about the changes shaping the future of wealth, how to take a winning approach to AI and a panel that saw two financial advisors and a financial technology entrepreneur explain why technology and a relationship business aren't mutually exclusive.

Retirement reporter Nathan Place sat down with featured INVEST speaker and retirement expert Anne Lester, who broke down why sharing personal experiencescan help earn the trust of millennial and Gen Z investors.

And Financial Planning's summer intern Elijah Nicholson-Messmer hit the ground running at INVEST 2023, providing coverage of three tech-driven trends advisors should be ready for and how advisors can gain the inside edge by serving a niche client base.
