I know many of you want to gain new skills in the kitchen and learn how to eat healthier, but it can be hard to find the time to squeeze a cooking class into your busy schedule – especially with so many of us juggling our families and work schedules from home these days. So I’m offering a timesaving solution: let’s make dinner together!
Starting next week, I’ll be hosting a series of six weekly live cooking classes, which will be the ultimate time saver: in addition to the great information and skills you’ll glean, you’ll be making dinner side by side with me, so by the time the class is over we’ll both be able to sit down for a satisfying dinner. It’ll be your most efficient dinner prep yet!
When you sign up, you’ll have access to the recipe and the shopping list for our first class: a sweet potato lasagna that omits grains for an easily digestible twist on a comfort food classic. You’ll have time to pick up the ingredients and set up your workstation before the class. We’ll prep and cook together as I show you some pro culinary tricks and chat about some key nutritional highlights. We’ll have a blast cooking together, and you’ll have dinner solved for the evening.
