| The City of Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) has launched SPARK - a citywide outreach and engagement initiative that seeks to get input about cannabis in your community. DCR has created surveys to help obtain opinions on: policy and programming needed to repair harms of past cannabis policies and enforcement, the equitable development and implementation of cannabis policy reform and equity within the cannabis industry itself.
