There is no doubt when these strange times come to an end; we will be telling our children, and grandchildren of the time when the world shut down. What an interesting time to witness indeed.

And while we can all easily find a reason to be angry, frustrated, or upset about what we CAN’T do, I think it is a great time to get excited about what we CAN do.

We can set aside time for quiet reflection, family, knocking out creative projects, pumping iron, but what I find myself looking forward to most is firing up the stove, cooking dinner, and opening a bottle of wine. These crazy times have made me realize the best things in life are often the most simple and attainable.
