History will be in the making this Monday, September 19th, as the Queen finds her final resting place. Listen live or catch up on the funeral procession on the ABC listen app where we will be airing live coverage, special programming and reporting direct from London.
Beginning at 7pm AEST, the ABC Brisbane Evenings presenter, Kelly Higgins-Devine will anchor a national one-hour special covering the events leading up to the state service. Throughout this program, we’ll be crossing live to London where Virginia Trioli, Raf Epstein and Richard Glover are situated on the ground to provide insights on the event, attendees and ceremony itself.
At 8pm AEST, the Queen’s funeral is scheduled to begin. The ABC will broadcast the BBC’s coverage of the service, providing live reporting throughout the duration of the ceremony.
