Alexandra Clancy, the surviving wife of the late and prolific novelist Tom Clancy, sold the couple's 550-acre spread in Maryland in 2020 for $4.9 million, and now, five years later, has splashed out $21.5 million for a triplex penthouse atop a landmark building in New York's trendy Tribeca neighborhood.
