The articles I am promoting today are the newest of my articles, especially the articles about "text features."  I've been doing some tutoring with middle school students who are struggling with tests and reading content area texts, and have discovered that in large part it has to do with how much time they have already spent trying to get "the code."  At the same time, it's start to put the "back to school" stuff back out in front, to help those of you (especially new teachers) who are thinking about the shape of your classroom some resources to help you.  It all there!
