A Southeast man was arrested March 23 and charged with assault with attempt to commit robbery after police found the man standing over the victim in an alley with a knife. The footage was captured on an officer's body camera.

Thousands pay respects at fallen Prince George's Co. officer's funeral
The funeral for Prince George’s County officer Jacai Colson was attended by thousands Friday, as people came to pay their respects to an officer killed in the line of duty. Colson was shot and killed by friendly fire while responding to an attack on a police station in Landover March 13.
