A busy "Locals Thursday" for Jazz Fest: Week 2 kicked off with "Locals Thursday" at Jazz Fest, and as Keith Spera reports, the crowds seemed a larger than usual for a day known for being a little roomier than the rest. Probably doesn't hurt to have Buddy Guy and Carlos Santana on the bill. Keith also took a look at Youth Day, which has returned to the festival to help the city's school children get better acquainted with music and culture.
Harvey Gulf leaves CBD for Jefferson: Harvey Gulf International Marine is moving its headquarters from downtown New Orleans to Metairie, citing concerns about employee safety.
