Bea Dewhurst and Lomography UK Present:
Girls in Synthesis² | Join us at the Lomography Gallery Store for the opening of Bea Dewhurst’s collection of photographs documenting UK punk group GIRLS IN SYNTHESIS career.
Celebrating the release of their second EP “We Might Not Make Tomorrow”, Girls In Synthesis project a strong and commanding physical presence live, with the audience/performer barrier being well and truly destroyed.
As part of their handful of collaborators, photographer Bea Dewhurst has documented the group's progression from their first shows at the end of 2016 to the present day.
Using only analog methods, the exhibition features photos of the raw energy and vitality of the bands live shows alongside conceptual press shots and candid, downtime Images.
A limited edition booklet featuring a selection of photos will be available to buy on donation, with all money raised going to the mental health charity Mind.
