This is a three-part recipe: 1. The Crust. You make it with a cake mix. 2. The Cheesecake Filling. This is simple--basically cream cheese, eggs, and sugar. 3. The Fruit Filling. Choose from nine different fruits. We're particularly in love with lemon and strawberry.
