How to navigate New Year’s Day. New Year's Day is a strange one if you're looking for things to do, or if you're simply trying to go about your normal Wednesday. Here's a (noncomprehensive) guide to what's open and what isn't for the first day of 2020.

Looking to build good habits in 2020? Only about 20 percent of Americans kept their New Year’s resolutions last year, and 63 percent said they didn’t even try to make a resolution in the first place.
