What You’ll Do:
This is your opportunity to take responsibility for the operations of our Clinical Documentation team. You will direct the review of clinical documentation within the medical record to achieve accurate documentation and oversee CDI programs, quality outcomes, compliance risks, and reimbursements.

What Makes You Qualified:
• Current Florida RN License and CDIP/CCDS certification
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required; master’s preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a hospital as a CDI Professional
• 3+ years in a management capacity
• 1+ years leadership experience
