Los Angeles July 29, 2020 Letter from the editor: In need of something to do tonight? I suggest tuning in to the Zoom talk "When Community Creates Exhibitions," hosted by LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes. After SFAI announced its likely closure, the school will retain all tenured faculty and plans to return to online instruction this fall. Hakim Bishara Event Pick afroLAtinadad: mi casa, my city, a project two years in the making, gathers family photos, instruments, dolls, and more from local Afro-Latinx Angeleno families and individuals.
