Clifford Prince King: Raspberry Blow
STARS, opening July 9
Clifford Prince King’s photographs are candid, poetic reflections of queer Black experiences. With Raspberry Blow, King takes a more elegiac tone.
Lyrical Cool: A Tribute to Shirley Berman
Kohn Gallery, opening July 9
Lyrical Cool will feature portraits of Berman, as well as works from her personal collection, providing an artistic tribute to this underappreciated artist.
Aboriginal Screen-Printed Textiles From Australia’s Top End
Fowler Museum at UCLA through July 10
This ambitious exhibition not only showcases Aboriginal screen-printed textiles from Australia but also highlights how community-based practices are woven into the very fabric of the artwork.
