THE HCMC LOSEBY LECTURE 2017: "WHY AND HOW ARE INDEPENDENT AND IMPARTIAL COURTS CRUCIAL TO INVESTMENTS AND BUSINESS?"
Following on from last year’s successful lecture given by Justice Michael Moore, this year’s lecture will feature Justice Susan Kenny a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia whose lecture is on the topic "Why and how are independent and impartial courts crucial to investments and business?" The lectures will be held in both Hanoi and HCMC as following infomation.
