New cheesecake flavor!

💞 Our new Salted Caramel Mocha Cheesecake is perfect for a Valentine dessert.

Just in time for Valentine's Day, we've got a new cheesecake flavor. 😍

This new vegan cheesecake is a decadent combination mocha and chocolate, a chocolate crust, and topped with our own house-made salted caramel sauce.

Our Bacon Wrapped & Stuffed Dates are a lot of work.

Chef Jose demonstrates preparing the components of these little sweet and spicy bundles for Valentine's Week. Getting the balsamic reduction just right takes patience. Then preparing the jalapeños and Medjool dates, wrapping the bundles in our own vegan seitan bacon strips, making the arugula side salad, then plating and carefully drizzling the balsamic reduction.

CHEF TIP: Some sauces can be placed in a squeezable bottle with tiny nozzle, allowing more control when drizzling. These little bottles are available just about anywhere, including dollar stores. They're very handy in both professional and home kitchens.

Bacon Wrapped & Stuffed Dates
Medjool dates, stuffed with jalapeño, wrapped in house-made vegan bacon, and drizzled with silky sweet balsamic reduction. Served with mini arugula salad.

Cauliflower Crusted Portabella Cake
Whole Portabella battered with cauliflower, served with creamed leeks, roasted tri-colored fingerling potatoes, and asparagus.

Diablo Del Mar 🌶
Linguine in a fiery, smokey, tomato sauce, “scallops” made from trumpet mushrooms, “calamari” made from hearts of palm, button mushrooms, and spinach. Served with a garlic dinner roll.
