Louisiana cabinet secretary implicated in bribery scandal

A guilty plea to federal bribery charges by a man who worked in both the Baton Rouge and Lafayette-area district attorneys' offices raised a huge question: Who did he bribe? 

Prosecutors said it was somebody in the state Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, but it wasn't clear who. But yesterday, our investigative reporters obtained documents that implicate the man at the top: Secretary Jack Montoucet.

Here's what the documents show, and what the fallout could be.
