He plans to wrap up his time with the Louisiana company and transition out slowly. Read more about his decision and plans here. Plus, ICYMI, the Lafayette City Council decided to take no action to restrict short-term rentals in the city this week. Short-term rental owners again pressed the council to appoint a task force to discuss the matter and develop regulations that would address problems and concerns while not outlawing short-term rentals in residential areas.
