The carbon capture bonanza in Louisiana appears to be gaining even more steam. Carbon capture cheerleaders earned a victory late Thursday when the Environmental Protection Agency announced it would hand over regulatory control of carbon dioxide injection wells to the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources.
