Millions in upgrades

Four state parks in Northern Michigan have millions of dollars in improvements for visitors to look forward to in 2024. Some of these projects are ready to enjoy now or will be completed soon for those amongst us that treasure fall and winter camping. And yes, Hartwick Pines is on the list!

PARKS & UPGRADES

Upgrades are either done or will be in 2024 at some of the classic faves of U.P. lovers. We're talking Porcupine, Tahquamenon, Straits....

Ski season?

Snow may not be your favorite thing to see in October, but our beloved Michigan ski resorts would love as much winter as possible! This week's weather already has at least one U.P. ski resort making snow!

Traverse City Beer Week is just around the corner, and this eight-day stretch of pint-pulling and prizes is a fun way to enjoy time Up North while trying some great beers.
