The Frostbite Trail is a string of a dozen participating wineries, cideries and other businesses stretching across two counties. These places all follow a specific theme, depending on the date. There are three more left this winter: this Saturday, Feb. 10, March 23 and April 20.

Looking for lake views from a whole new vantage point? This trail takes you 157 feet above West Michigan’s lakeshore. The Mt. Pisgah dune climb and boardwalk near Holland State Park brings hikers way up in order to see out over Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. Hikers also get a full view of Holland Harbor Lighthouse, aka Big Red.
