This month is about love in all of its forms!

Dear Friends,

It has been two years now since I started connecting with my readers on a more personal level on the first of each month. I'm very much enjoying this space we have created, and it sounds like you are enjoying it as well. Thank you for all of your loving emails. My assistant sends me all of your wonderful notes, and I cherish them all.

Somehow we have found ourselves in February, and the theme for this month is love. Love can be a slippery slope for some of us and can create powerful and confusing feelings. Love comes in so many forms: love of our family, our mate, animals, our friends, and so many more wonderful ways. Often if we haven't had good role models in life, we may confuse the feeling of love with other strong feelings. We also sometimes fall out of love and have even less guidance on how to navigate those waters.

In the month of February we celebrate Valentine's Day, which most people think of as a day to celebrate romance. Whether you are in a romantic relationship or not, we can use this month as a springboard to create abundant love by making sure our friends and important people in our lives know they are loved. We really can shift the world through love, but we must have love in our own hearts first.

This month I'm highlighting four online courses that are in the genre of relationships: two of them are about drawing love into your life and two of them are about healing from past love so that you may begin again on a healthy level.

Manifest Your Soul Mate by Arielle Ford. This nine-week course is by my friend, Arielle. She knows what she is talking about as she manifested her soul mate, and they are one of my favorite couples. The course includes written and video work, which covers topics such as exhibiting the qualities your soul mate would be attracted to; how to release past lovers; preparing your mind, body, and spirit for a relationship; and so much more. more info

Additional topics covered in this course are: stop acting desperate, increase your self-confidence, allow love to come to you, and how to get back on track if you have a setback. Lessons will offer writing exercises as well as audio advice and meditations. more info
