Lower Cholesterol Without Medication

Cholesterol numbers are one of the most powerful indicators of your risk for developing and dying from heart disease. Statins are commonly prescribed for lowering cholesterol, but they don’t offer significant improvements to the health of arteries or reductions in heart disease.
