| Howdy y'all, LSU baseball defeated Grambling State on Tuesday night in seven innings with a few unfamiliar or less-familiar faces playing in the field. While the pitching staff kept the Grambling Tigers at bay, it was still an opportunity for LSU coach Jay Johnson to take a look at different positions and lineups that might help its defensive woes. Former LSU safety Tyrann Mathieu also visited with reporters yesterday to talk about his time on campus visiting the team, life in free agency and his potential aspiration to go into coaching.
