A Message From the Editor

Good morning. News of the yachting tragedy off the coast of Sicily grows more grim by the day. Yesterday it was confirmed that the missing include not only British tech entrepreneur Mike Lynch, the founding investor of legal AI company Luminance and founder of software startup Autonomy, but also Clifford Chance partner Christopher J. Morvillo, who represented Lynch in his recent acquittal on fraud charges related to HP's acquisition of Autonomy. You can read both of these stories in today's newsletter.
