A Message From the Editor

Good morning. U.K.-based legal artificial intelligence firm Luminance has raised $40 million with participation from National Grid Partners and existing investors, including Slaughter and May. In Asia, KPMG's Hong Kong affiliate law firm will be shutting down, leaving the Big Four firm without anyone to provide legal services on the ground in Greater China. And in Latin America, a survey has found that corruption remains rampant, despite stepped-up compliance efforts.
