The M5 in Gloucestershire is closed northbound between J11 (Gloucester) and J9 (Tewkesbury) and southbound between J10 and J11 due to a collision involving 2 heavy goods vehicles (HGV). One of the HGV's has crossed over from the southbound carriageway onto the northbound and has subsequently overturned. As a result, the HGV's fuel tank has ruptured and has spilled out onto the carriageway.
