A second-degree murder suspect is trying for a third time to have a different judge hear his trial. One judge called Brandon Boyd the "worst of the worst" after a 2014 killing, and an appeals court judge call him a threat to society five years later. As Boyd prepares for a retrial, he wants to have someone else preside.
